Pretty colours in the sky,
What could they be?
A hoax? a Lie?
Just listen to me.

First I see red,
The colour of love
Then theres orange,
Dangled above.

Is that the sun?
So bright and yellow,
In a curved line,
So light and mellow.

Green and blue,
strung together,
I'll give you a clue,
Its caused by the weather.

Two more colours
Left side by side,
Almost like shutters,
But they never collide.

Violet and purple,
The last of the bunch,
They make a half circle,
Do you have a hunch?

These seven make up a rainbow,
Surreal and unique,
But now you know,
Does it make you weak?
